1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! All collections except Health & Wellness Supplements are available for worldwide shipping. Supplements are shipped only within the U.S.

 


 

2. How long will my order take?

  • U.S. Supplements: 5–12 business days after processing

  • U.S. Other Products: 10–13 business days

  • International Orders: 10–15 business days, depending on customs

 


 

3. Can I return supplements?
No, supplements are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

 


 

4. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

 


 

5. What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
